Cm, the only part I agree with is “obviously assholish.” There’s a huge difference between someone turning you down for a date, and someone calling you every name in the book and making you cry in front of an audience.

we’re all entitled to our own opinions - why do we give a fuck about some observation that a complete stranger made in the bar? if i beat up every random stranger that insulted my friends or me, i’d be in jail by now. i’m bigger than that. and so are you.
